Vicki Haines

Vicki Haines has been a consultant in the Georgia office of A.V. POWELL & ASSOCIATES since 1992. Ms. Haines is responsible for FORCAST software technical training and support, coordination of client service functions, and for on-site collection of resident data used to set mortality and morbidity assumptions. She assists in preparing SOP 90-8 compliance reports and actuarial projections. Ms. Haines provides technical support for operational reviews, updates the firm’s A2ZCCRC database, prepares presentations on CCRC financial and operational ratios, and is involved in developing benchmarking ratios for the CCRC industry.

Ms. Haines has more than a decade of experience in the CCRC industry and the hospital/nursing home sectors of health care consulting. During this time, she has conducted a variety of demographic analyses, assisted in Certificate of Need preparation, and conducted hospital staffing observations and analyses.

• Serves as firm’s primary training instructor on use of FORCAST software.
• Provided on-site training for more than 20 FORCAST lease clients in collecting CCRC resident mortality and morbidity experience data during the past 18 months.
