Lorato Lester

Lorato Lester has been with A.V. POWELL-&-ASSOCIATES since 2010 as a software support analyst. Using FORCAST, Lorato is responsible for compiling and verifying resident data for actuarial studies and FSO reports. She also trains FORCAST clients on resident data input and reconciliation and assists clients with software installation, updates, troubleshooting, and transitioning to the latest version of the FORCAST software. Additionally, she supports senior staff on special projects, such as resolving entrance fee amortization issues.

Lorato is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
