UG2022 Health & Safety Guidelines

We’re encouraged by the reopening of businesses and look forward to welcoming you to Atlanta! To promote a continuation of “normal” life, deliberate measures have been implemented to protect the health of our presenters and attendees. We kindly ask all attendees to view the information below and return the acknowledgement form to Thandi Nunn by Monday, July 11.

With an abundance of caution, we are requesting that all UG2022 attendees wear masks during conference sessions unless presenting or actively eating or drinking. AVP will provide disposable masks as well as free, voluntary, de-identified Cue Health COVID-19 at-home tests for all attendees (this is the same test used by the NBA and MLB). Cue Health’s 20-minute self-administered tests will be available Thursday and Friday mornings from 7am to 8:30am. If test results are negative and the attendee attests to a complete vaccine record, he/she has the option to remove his/her mask during the session, although masks are strongly encouraged for all. Learn more about Cue Health COVID-19 diagnostic tests here.

Additionally, to help attendees communicate their level of comfort when interacting with one another, AVP will provide color-coded bracelets to attendees and guests.

Red = Physical Distancing – Greet from Six Feet

Yellow = Elbows Only

Green = Handshakes and Hi-fives
